Amir Klibanov
Amir Klibanov is the owner and CEO of T.A. Consulting and Management, an Israeli firm that provides business financing solutions and financial advisory services. From 2012 to 2021 he served as Senior Vice President, Head of the Business and Commercial Division and a member of the management board of Mercantile Discount Bank, concluding a 27-year career at the bank.

Banking career at Mercantile Discount Bank (1994–2021)
- 2012–2021 – Senior Vice President, Head of the Business and Commercial Division and member of the management board. Banking and financial services to corporate and middle-market clients across all sectors of the economy, including real estate, development, income-producing property, infrastructure and contractors. Overall responsibility for problem loans, for the bank's credit policy and for credit risk management, and for integrating the business activity of Dexia Bank into the division.
- 2007–2021 – Senior Assistant to the CEO, Head of Credit and Economics and Deputy Head of the Retail Division. Responsible for the division's credit, problem and classified loans, the bank's business funds and the information department.
- 1999–2006 – Head of the Economic and Credit Department. Responsible for a credit portfolio of approximately NIS 7 billion, including personal handling of approximately NIS 3 billion, and approximately NIS 1 billion in commercial mortgages. Direct management of 15 employees and professional responsibility for 65 branch managers, regional economists and area managers.
- 1998–1999 – Deputy Head of the Economic and Credit Department.
